A Message from Curtis Sliwa

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Yesterday was a great day for the Reform Party at the annual 3rd Ave Festival in Bay Ridge.  We rolled strong up & down the festival as we were led by our City Council candidate Bob Capano.  Bob has fulfilled his promise to run in the general election on our line and has also just converted to become a Reform Party member who will put our Brooklyn committee together.  Since he lost his Republican primary he has not missed a beat.  He is a true example of someone who fulfills his promise and is now involved in our Reform Party building.

In addition, we were joined by our Mayoral candidate Sal Albanese who is a fixture in the district because he represented Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights in the City Council for many years.  Joining us, you couldn’t miss him because he is so tall, was Ben Kissel our Brooklyn Borough President candidate who also recently converted to the Reform Party.  The Democrats and Republicans who are competing in a hotly contested council race were shocked at how strong we rolled and how much the public came up to us and supported us.
