Statement On Brooklyn Assemblywoman Pamela Harris Indictment

Today, Bob Capano, a Brooklyn State Committee Member of the Reform Party, and former Republican and Conservative candidate for the 46th Assembly District in 2008 released the following statement on the indictment of Assemblywoman Harris (46th AD):

“What do residents of Brooklyn’s 46th Assembly District have to do to get an honest representative? I am outraged by the charges against my Assemblywoman. We deserve elected officials at all levels of government who will look out for the public interest, not their own. Unfortunately, this is becoming a lot to ask for these days. These troubling charges again demonstrate why there is a need for the Reform Party in Brooklyn and New York State. We will be working aggressively to bring honesty and accountability to our government, and electing men and women who share these ideals in 2018 and beyond.”
